How do we print a paper bag with custom design?
Before paper bags printing, we will make a design draft with colors, exact sizes, and all text for customers to approve.
We will offer the approved design to make a bags printing plate of resin, rubber or metal material, that bags plate will be marked with customers name, so that we can reuse it for future same design orders and save more charge and time on them.
After getting the plate back, we will install it on our automatic printing machine. Then workers start to debug the machine with paper rolls or paper sheet by one color to another color till the printing process finished.
After Printed the bags, they will be diverted to our drying room and wait for 1-2 days, then we can make next step to get it to be a finished bag.
How to print kraft paper bags with different item name?
1. Printed paper package bags with different design and work with different plates.
2.We have customers printed different animal feed paper bags with leave an empty space used for label the item names. It means the plate will be same logos, same loading weight, same usage for foods or animals, chemicals.
For example, to leave 10cm*10cm in the right corner, Then you can paste it with label, to make it full printed and get different feed bags.
And for different Production date, Expiration date, Production batch number, customers will use an Inkjet coding machine to print any numbers, codes, or text on the surface.
What kind of paper colors can be choosed to meet your bags design?
Normally, we will produce a new bag like paper food bags with two colors paper: Brown and white.
With brown color paper bags, you can make simple logo printing 2-3colors on surface to highlight your product name and logo as brown color is more original and closer to natural, customers used for foods packing, like flour, milk powder, animal feed, chemicals.
